I'm Dr. Canan Demir, an aesthetic medicine specialist based in Çankaya, Ankara. I trained as a physician and completed a master's degree and PhD in aesthetic medicine in Rome, but I practice as a listener first. Most of the conversations in my room aren't about needles — they're about the small things people stop recognising in the mirror.
My approach is unhurried. We treat the face the way you'd care for a single, considered piece of jewellery: with respect, with patience, and with the understanding that less is almost always more. Over fifteen years, that philosophy has translated into more than six thousand treatments — Botox, dermal filler, mesotherapy, PRP, exosome therapy, Salmon DNA, Biolift, Fox Eye lift and more — quiet, evidence-led work that's meant to be felt before it's seen.
The clinic welcomes patients from across Turkey and from abroad — consultations are conducted in Turkish, English and Arabic, and patients regularly travel from the Gulf, especially Dubai, and from Iraq.

Botulinum Toxin (Botox) in Ankara
Softening expression lines on the forehead, glabella and crow's feet while keeping every familiar movement of your face intact. Sessions take ~20 minutes; results last 4–6 months. Conservative dosing — patients are told they look rested, not different.

Dermal Filler & Lip Filler
Hyaluronic acid placed to restore volume where time has taken it — the cheek, the lip, the line of the jaw, the under-eye hollow. ~30 minutes. Tailored to anatomy, never to a trend. Natural-looking dudak dolgusu (lip filler) is one of the clinic's most-requested treatments.

Mesotherapy for Skin and Hair
Micro-infusions of vitamins, amino acids and hyaluronic acid for skin that feels like skin again — luminous, hydrated, alive. ~45 minutes per session, course of 4 sessions. A scalp variant supports thinning or shedding hair.

Your own platelets, prepared in clinic from a small blood draw, delivered back to the skin or scalp to encourage natural regeneration. ~50 minutes. Standard protocol is 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart.

The next-generation regenerative protocol — signalling molecules that ask the skin to repair itself. ~60 minutes. A premium offering for patients seeking visible recovery of skin quality, typically combined with mesotherapy or PRP.

Polynucleotide therapy derived from salmon DNA — stimulating deep tissue repair and collagen renewal at the cellular level. ~40 min, course of 3–4 sessions. Effective for skin renewal and pigmentation.

What to expect at your aesthetic medicine consultation
Your first appointment is a 40-minute conversation. We discuss what you'd like to refine, your medical history, what has and hasn't worked before, and any photos you'd like to bring. Dr. Demir will explain what's possible, what isn't, and what she would and wouldn't recommend. Treatments are usually scheduled for a separate visit; nothing is rushed and nothing is up-sold.
